AEGIS Tech is the proprietary technology of LANGA Corp. Srl. These terms govern the use of AEGIS technology components, regardless of the LANGA Galaxy service through which they are used.
AEGIS Tech is the technology enhancement layer of LANGA Galaxy Services: it is not the purchased Service itself, but enables and enriches its features (single sign-on, vertical AI intelligence, Shield monitoring, synchronization, data enrichment). Benefits arising from AEGIS Tech are licensed for the sole duration of the active Service.
Once installed, the Microchip collects and transmits to LANGA exclusively technical site data: online/offline status (heartbeat, every 4 hours), installed software versions (CMS, PHP, plugins, themes), SSL certificate status and expiry, site error logs, technical events (commerce, login, form) — only with data sharing active.
The Microchip does NOT collect personal data of site visitors. It does not install cookies on visitor browsers, does not track browsing behavior, does not collect IPs, emails or other visitor personal data. It only collects data about the site itself (server, software, configuration).
| Level | What it collects | Can be disabled | Applies to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic (Lite/Free) | Heartbeat, software versions, SSL, error logs | No — always active | Tools Lite, CARE pack |
| Extended (Pro/Premium) | Basic + commerce/login/form events | Yes — toggle in settings | Tools Pro, SHIELD/PULSE/SOVEREIGN packs |
LANGA may update the Microchip and Sync components remotely and automatically, without requiring explicit consent for each update. By installing the Microchip or activating a service that includes it, the site owner accepts automatic updates.
AEGIS Tech uses a cookie (_langa_sso) on the .langa.tv domain for unified authentication across all LANGA Galaxy services. The cookie contains: encrypted user ID and email. It is a session cookie deleted when the browser closes.
Shield continuously monitors connected sites and generates automatic notifications for: site offline, expiring/expired SSL, outdated or vulnerable software, critical errors. A "Powered by AEGIS Tech" badge may be displayed on connected sites with a link to these terms.
AEGIS Tech includes an AI engine with vertical models for each Network (LinkAI, BazarAI, ForgeAI, OpsAI, LabAI). AI services use external technology providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Perplexity). Specific AI usage conditions are in the LANGA Galaxy AI Disclosure.
AEGIS Tech exposes REST APIs for third-party developer access. API usage is subject to: keys are confidential and non-transferable, rate limiting and fair use policies apply, users are responsible for all usage with their credentials, LANGA may revoke access without notice for abuse, no guaranteed SLA unless dedicated agreement exists, LANGA is not liable for API downtime or errors, reverse engineering of AEGIS Tech is prohibited.
AEGIS Tech (including Microchip, Sync, Shield, Intelligence, APIs and all associated components) is the exclusive property of LANGA Corp. Srl. Use of AEGIS Tech components is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license limited to the duration of the purchased service. Copying, modifying, decompiling, distributing or creating derivative works from AEGIS technology is prohibited.
The site owner installing the Microchip is responsible for: informing their own visitors via their own privacy policy (LANGA has no relationship with the site's visitors), having authority to install the Microchip, not tampering with or modifying the Microchip, providing technical access when needed for maintenance.
If the site or service detaches from the LANGA Galaxy Network — through withdrawal, non-renewal, termination, migration or uninstallation of the Microchip — the following applies:

In case of conflict between these Terms and mandatory local rules, the latter shall prevail.

Effective from January 15, 2025
These conditions supplement the Galaxy Terms of Service for all BAZAR Network marketplace services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LANGA acts as an information society intermediary service provider pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act — DSA). As such, LANGA:
The sales contract is formed directly between the buyer and the vendor. LANGA is not a contractual party to the sale.
In specific cases expressly indicated on the product page, LANGA may act as a direct seller. In such cases the product page clearly displays "Sold and shipped by LANGA" and the Galaxy Terms of Service, Galaxy Privacy Policy and Galaxy refund policy apply in full. This scenario is the exception, not the rule.
Vendors registering on the BAZAR platform agree to:
LANGA provides vendors with technical tools to publish and display their own legal documents (terms of sale, privacy policy, return policy) within the platform. The vendor is solely responsible for the content, accuracy and compliance of their own documents.
LANGA does not verify, approve or assume responsibility for the content of vendor legal documents.
If the vendor does not publish their own legal documents, LANGA's BAZAR conditions apply as default to the relationship between vendor and buyer. In such case, the vendor acknowledges that LANGA's conditions may not cover sector-specific requirements, and assumes full responsibility for any gaps resulting from not customizing their own terms.
LANGA retains a commission on each transaction. Rates depend on the vendor plan and are communicated transparently before registration:
| Vendor plan | Commission |
|---|---|
| Base | 15% |
| Pro | 10% |
| Business | 7% |
| Enterprise | 5% |
Commissions are calculated on the net transaction amount (excluding VAT). BAZAR buyer cashback Leghe is 1.5x the standard value.
The 14-day right of withdrawal from the Galaxy Terms applies to B2C sales on BAZAR marketplaces. The vendor is responsible for handling returns and refunds. LANGA facilitates communication but does not assume responsibility for return management.
For perishable, custom-made or sealed (hygiene/health) products, exceptions apply per art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
In compliance with Directive (EU) 2021/514 (DAC7), LANGA is required to collect and report to the relevant tax authority data on vendors exceeding the following thresholds in a calendar year:
Data collected for DAC7 includes: legal name/business name, tax ID/VAT number, address, date of birth (natural persons), IBAN, total annual sales and transactions. This data is processed exclusively under legal obligation and retained for 10 years.
Pursuant to art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), any user may report content or products deemed illegal on the BAZAR platform. Reports can be sent to [email protected]. LANGA commits to reviewing reports promptly and taking necessary measures (removal, access disabling, vendor notification).
For B2C sales in the EU, the legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771 for goods, Directive (EU) 2019/770 for digital content/services) is the vendor's responsibility. LANGA is not party to the guarantee relationship.
For UK consumers, the guarantee is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
LANGA reserves the right to suspend or remove a vendor for: repeated violations, substantiated reports, DAC7 non-compliance, fraud, illegal or dangerous products. Additionally, LANGA may intervene when a vendor fails to meet minimum quality standards, declared delivery times or return management. LANGA's enforcement power does not constitute assumption of responsibility for vendor products/services.
Some BAZAR Network services may operate as platforms for exchanging time, skills or resources between users, based on a barter model. For such services:
LANGA may charge platform fees (in EUR or Leghe) for facilitating exchanges, even though the exchange between users is non-monetary. Such fees compensate the technological service of matching, communication and platform management and are subject to VAT. Fees are communicated before exchange confirmation.
LANGA Corp. Srl may also operate as a direct seller on the marketplace platform. In such cases the product/service will be identified as "Sold and shipped by LANGA" and the following apply in full: Galaxy Terms of Service, legal guarantee of conformity under applicable law (EU Directive 2019/771, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), and Galaxy refund policy.
BAZAR vendors may purchase sponsored visibility for their products and stores through the LANGA campaign system (Advertising Terms). In addition to the general Advertising Terms:
These conditions supplement the Galaxy Terms and BAZAR Network conditions for the eFruit service (food marketplace).
This Service is provided within the User's LANGA Account (Galaxy Terms §3-bis), is enhanced by AEGIS Tech (AEGIS Terms §A.1) and is subject to the detachment clause with non-transfer of enhancements (AEGIS Terms §A.10). Applied AEGIS Intelligence vertical: BazarAI.
eFruit is a marketplace connecting food product buyers and sellers. LANGA acts exclusively as an intermediary under the DSA. Responsibility for product quality, food safety, labeling and regulatory compliance lies with the seller.
Sellers on eFruit must comply with: Regulation (EC) 178/2002 (general food law), Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 (food information to consumers), applicable hygiene regulations (EU hygiene package), and national regulations of the shipping country. LANGA does not directly inspect products but removes sellers reported for non-compliance.
Shipping is managed by the seller. For perishable products: the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to art. 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The seller is responsible for appropriate packaging and cold chain maintenance.
Under Reg. (EU) 1169/2011, the obligation to provide complete ingredient and allergen information (Annex II) lies with the seller as food business operator. The eFruit platform acts as a technology intermediary (DSA, Reg. EU 2022/2065) and does not produce, process, package or verify the products listed for sale.
Default product disclaimer: every eFruit product listing automatically displays the following notice: “Ingredient and allergen information is provided on the product packaging. For unpackaged or loose products, food information responsibility lies exclusively with the seller. eFruit does not produce, process or package the products listed on the platform.”
Automatic possible allergen suggestion: the eFruit system may display, based on the product category, the statement “Possible allergens associated with this category: [list]”. This indication is automatically generated for informational purposes only and does not constitute a declaration of the contents of any individual product. The actual list of allergens present must be verified by the consumer on the packaging or by contacting the seller directly. LANGA disclaims any liability for allergens not included in the automatic suggestion or for discrepancies between the suggestion and the actual product content.
The seller remains in any case obligated to:
BAZAR commissions apply based on vendor plan (15%/10%/7%/5%). For fresh food products with reduced margins, LANGA offers dedicated plans available upon individual agreement.
Commission tax regime: eFruit invoices the seller the intermediation service commission with 22% VAT calculated on the net transaction amount. The eFruit commission represents the consideration for the marketplace technology service and is subject to the standard VAT rate regardless of the VAT rate applicable to individual products sold.
Product VAT: product sales occur directly between seller and buyer. The seller is solely responsible for issuing tax documentation (invoice, receipt) to the end consumer, applying the correct VAT rate for each product (4%, 5%, 10% or 22% under applicable law). LANGA does not intervene in determining product VAT rates and disclaims any liability for incorrect application by the seller. The seller may configure the VAT rate individually for each product using the platform tools provided.
The sale of alcoholic beverages through eFruit is permitted exclusively to sellers who comply with applicable regulatory obligations. In particular:
LANGA acts as a technology intermediary under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and does not directly inspect the compliance of alcoholic products. Responsibility for licenses, authorizations, labeling and regulatory compliance lies exclusively with the seller.
For products marketed with protected geographical indications under Reg. (EU) 1151/2012:
For olive oil products, the seller must comply with Reg. (EU) No. 29/2012 (marketing standards for olive oil), clearly indicating in the product listing:
